Gameweek 13 saw our starting XI of Free Agents score a huge 50 Points which is an average of 4.5 Points Per Player. The impressive haul included 4 clean sheets, 2 goals, 1 assist and 4 Bonus Points.

GOALKEEPER: Asmir Begovic, 34.4% owned, AFC Bournemouth Vs Burnley.

A little reluctant to suggest that the Cherries can secure a 4th clean sheet in a row but they have clearly been in excellent defensive form and despite Burnley’s excellent away record points wise the Clarets have only scored 4 goals in their last 5 away matches.

DEFENDERS: Charlie Daniels, 32.8% owned, AFC Bournemouth Vs Burnley.

Daniels has played every minute of every game this season and is the most likely of Bournemouth’s defenders to offer attacking returns.

Ben Mee, 16.5% owned, AFC Bournemouth Vs Burnley.

Mee is also an ever present this season and has 6 Bonus Points to his name. In Burnley’s last 7 matches against non Top 6 opponents they have kept 6 clean sheets.

Kieran Gibbs, 9.3% owned, West Bromwich Albion Vs Newcastle United.

Gibbs has made the left back slot his own since arriving from Arsenal in the summer. West Brom produced a much improved defensive display in GW13 away at Tottenham and will be looking to continue in that vein against a Newcastle side who have only scored 1 goal in their last 4 games.

MIDFIELDERS: Anthony Knockaert, 7% owned, Brighton & Hove Albion Vs Crystal Palace.

Assuming fantasy football superstar Pascal Groß is already taken in your league have a look at last years Championship Player Of The Year Knockaert whose form has been much improved over recent weeks.

Andros Townsend, 11.1% owned, Brighton & Hove Albion Vs Crystal Palace.

Brighton’s last home match was an open affair and Palace will look to Townsend to influence the game in what is something of a rivalry between the 2 clubs.

Adam Lallana, 34.4% owned, Stoke City Vs Liverpool.

Lallana is a favourite of Jurgen Klopp and played in 34 PL matches last year. Liverpool have a crowded midfied roster but now fully fit the ex Southampton man can play a key role for the Reds over the busy festive period.

Manuel Lanzini, 27.5% owned, Everton Vs West Ham United.

Quite simply Everton are terrible at the moment and Lanzini is chief creator for the Hammers. West Ham’s opponents have conceded 2 or more goals in their last 9 consecutive games across all competitions.

FORWARDS: Andy Carroll, 22.8% owned, Everton Vs West Ham United.

Carroll comes up against an Everton defence that conceded 2 headers on Sunday, a total of 9 goals in the last week and has had 2 days less rest and preparation time for this fixture.

Danny Welbeck, 28.5% owned, Arsenal Vs Huddersfield Town.

Taking a chance against weak opposition with the fitness of Danny Welbeck who celebrated his 27th birthday on Monday. The England international scored 3 goals and had 1 assist as he started each of the first 5 games of the season before injury struck.

Christian Benteke, 38.9% owned, Brighton & Hove Albion Vs Crystal Palace.

Benteke hasn’t scored a goal this season and missed badly when through on goal against Everton in GW12. He is however the only recognised centre forward available to Palace manager Roy Hodgson and changed the game when stepping off the bench at half time in the weekends victory over Stoke City. He may see his first start since GW6 on Tuesday. Incidentally Palace also have a very kind run of games up until Christmas.
